BACKGROUND

Microbiota dysbiosis refers to the increased colonization of opportunistic organism and related bio-products. In the short term it leads to barrier impairment, increased permeability and immune dysfunction.
Longer term can contribute to accelerated ageing, chronic skin conditions and infections. Our customers develop products to address conditions such as atopic dermatitis and even dandruff using our model to help substantiate their dysbiosis related claims.

WHO WE ARE

OxiProteomics is a CRO specialized in biomarker assessment providing research services for skin- & hair-care dermo-cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices, and dermatology efficacy evaluation.

Spined-out from Sorbonne University in 2014, our uniqueness is a specific know-how on non-targeted & targeted proteomics approaches adapted to skin and hair evaluation. We support our clients on molecular target identification, target validation, efficacy testing, mechanistic studies, prediction of responders, and biomarkers discovery.

We also propose predictive pre-clinical skin models coupled with spatial proteomics analyses, based on the organ culture of human skin samples. We also able work with clinical samples to perform bio-analysis. We also provide mechanistic investigator-initiator trials with the analysis of biopsies and non-invasive samples.
